How do I become a consignor?

Send photographs of the item(s) to our email (EverythingHomeMi@gmail.com). Please include your contact name, phone number and any relevant details.

Do you buy furniture and household items?

Yes, we do purchase furniture and home decor; please inquire within.

What Services do you offer?

Consignment, buy-outs, clean-outs, debris removal, home staging, organization and real-estate staging services. Estate, moving and demolition sales and business liquidation.

Where does your merchandise come from?

About 50% of our store is consignment merchandise. The rest is our own inventory selected from homes in the suburbs of Oakland County Michigan such as Birmingham, Bloomfield, Rochester and beyond.

How does consignment work?

Can I make an offer on an item?

Yes, you are welcome to present an offer to the manager on duty and they will present the offer to the consignor or store owner.

Do you pick up items?

We offer free pick up services for all furniture and household items that are purchased through a buy-out.

Consignors are responsible for bringing all approved item(s) to the store. We do have recommendations for moving services. Let them know that you were referred by Everything Home.
